We are seeking a highly seasoned Subject Matter Expert (Highways) to provide
strategic technical leadership for our major road and highway infrastructure
projects. In this role, you will act as the ultimate authority on design, compliance,
and execution, transforming complex blueprints into high-performing transit
networks.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Advisory: Provide high-level engineering expertise and strategic guidance
across all phases of highway planning, design, and execution.
Project Oversight: Lead and review the development of Detailed Project Reports
(DPRs), geometric designs, pavement designs, and feasibility studies.
Construction Supervision: Oversee construction sites to ensure engineering layouts,
quality controls, and safety protocols align strictly with approved plans and national
standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Manage institutional workflows and approvals by leveraging
deep familiarity with NHAI and MoRTH guidelines, codes, and specifications.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between government bodies,
contractors, design teams,



and internal leadership to resolve complex technical
bottlenecks.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from an AICTE/NAAC-recognized institution.
Postgraduate Degree in Engineering (e.g., M.Tech / M.E. in Transportation
Engineering, Highway Engineering, or Infrastructure Systems) from an
AICTE/NAAC-recognized institution.
Experience & Competencies
Minimum 15 years of robust skilled experience dedicated to highway and road
infrastructure projects.
Direct Exposure: Proven, hands-on experience dealing with NHAI (National Highways
Authority of India) and MoRTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) projects and
protocols.
Domain Expertise: Solid, demonstrable track record in DPR formulation, highway
design, and construction supervision is highly preferred.
Leadership: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership
skills to guide multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
