About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand. The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for design, understand digital-first marketing, and be able to create visually engaging creatives that align with brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality creatives for social media, performance marketing, websites, email campaigns, and marketplaces.
Create product packaging, labels, brochures, and other print collateral.
Develop banners, landing page assets, and promotional creatives for product launches and campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints.
Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to execute creative campaigns.
Edit and retouch product images for e-commerce and marketing use.
Stay updated with design trends, consumer behavior, and D2C marketing best practices.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a D2C, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brand.
Solid portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.




Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and InDesign.
Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Ability to take creative feedback and work in a quick-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with product packaging and print production.
Knowledge of AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Magnific or ChatGPT for creative workflows.
