Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Assistant with practical experience in handling computer systems, networking, CCTV cameras, and internet support for office and factory operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth IT infrastructure and providing day-to-day technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities / Technical Skills
Installation and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, operating systems, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, and internet connectivity
Monitoring and maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, biometric devices, and basic server/network equipment
User support for hardware, software, email, and system-related issues
Coordination with vendors for IT maintenance, backups, antivirus, and system security

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidate should have hands-on troubleshooting skills, basic networking knowledge, and ability to support factory/shop-floor IT operations independently.
