Job Description:

Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Current Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Target – Accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for the designated portal and the broader of Company brand sales through the ecommerce platform.
Business Development - In charge of facilitating the brand's integration onto current Ecommerce platforms and ensuring the widespread availability of Company products across all online retail channels.
Finance – Responsible for managing payables and receivables for the designated Portals, ensuring accurate financial oversight and accountability.
Key Account Management
Manage assigned Ecommerce vendor & Seller Portal.
Create & update listing details in bulk mode across ecommerce marketplaces.
Upload & Monitor Consumer promo, Visibility across all ecommerce channels.
Marketing – Create & Manage ads campaign, deals, Coupon and other promotional assets across ecommerce portals.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with Key customers to increase the brand's online presence.
Performance & Market Analysis:




Identify emerging E-Commerce trends and prospects for business growth.
Implement action plans to capitalize on these trends.
Track & Analyze Performance metrics for online marketplaces & provide insight through weekly report.
Track and optimize sales performance at both the channel and SKU level.
Ecommerce Optimization:
Optimize product listings and data feeds to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Optimize product Images as per portals algorithm.
Create & Upload A+ content across marketplaces
Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising teams to create compelling online product listings.
D2C Website Management:
Manage D2C website performance, inventory, Listing, Operation, Competitor analysis.
Address consumer product inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Operation Management:
Ensure timely and complete order fulfilment.
Oversee and monitor inventory availability.
Minimize chargebacks and ensure compliance
