Provide detailed information about product features, perks, and pricing.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain a professional and friendly approach to build solid client relationships.
Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage conversions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:

-Freshers can also apply. Need good language proficiency in English.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of excel, word
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
