We are seeking a motivated and creative E-commerce & Design Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a blend of design skills and an interest in e-commerce operations. You’ll assist in creating AI-generated product designs, managing online listings, coordinating with vendors, handling orders and shipments, and creating engaging social media content to boost our brand’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management
List and manage products on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
Update product descriptions, pricing, and images to ensure accuracy and visibility.
Coordinate with vendors for product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Manage daily orders — from processing to dispatch and shipment tracking.
Handle basic customer inquiries and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Design & Content Creation
Use AI tools and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Midjourney, etc.) to create product visuals and promotional creatives.
Develop and schedule engaging social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Support marketing campaigns through creative design input and visual branding consistency.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or design.
Basic understanding of online marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
Creative mindset with familiarity in AI-based design tools and graphic design platforms.
Robust coordination and multitasking skills.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn.
