Strategy Development:Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive online traffic and conversion.
SEO and SEM:Technical SEO analysis, optimize website content for search engines and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities to boost visibility, reach and sales.
Lead Generation:Increase and meet goals on Lead generation from both Organic and Paid channels (where applicable)
Data Analysis:Regularly analyze digital marketing metrics, use data to drive marketing decisions, and present reports on campaign performance.
Social Media Management:Develop and oversee social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
SMS Marketing:Create and manage SMS marketing campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and adjust based on performance data.
Budget Management:Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI (where applicable).
Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.




Market Research:Conduct regular market research to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and customer preferences.
Find current top- level affiliates with high levels of relevant traffic & targeted customers.
Work with key Affiliate Networks to maximize reach and promotion of Affiliate Programmers.
One must have familiarity with affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a robust portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook ads , SEMRush, etc.).
Robust understanding of SEO, Affiliate marketing, and social media strategies.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Creative thinker with robust problem-solving abilities.
Superior communication and team leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with web design, WordPress and web hosting.
