We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial analysis for management.
Monitor receivables, vendor payments, and working capital.




Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation accounting.
Support annual audits, tax audits, and statutory filings.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
Assist management with financial planning, forecasting, and process improvements.
Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure adherence to finance SOPs.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA Inter/M.Com preferred.
4+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
Experience handling audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting independently.
Solid analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, growing organization.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
