Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




Assist in employer branding and recruitment-related activities.
Support the HR team with various talent acquisition initiatives.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills : Requirements
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to learn quickly and work in a quick-paced setting.
Positive attitude and willingness to interact with candidates.
