The Operations & Maintenance Sales Representative will be responsible for selling and promoting operations and maintenance (O&M;) services to clients across various industries. This role involves developing current business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the successful execution of long-term contracts for the operations and maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, operations, or maintenance within industries such as manufacturing, energy, facilities management, or similar sectors.
Skills:
Solid sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
