Job Title: Assistant Executive – Circle Operations

About the Role
SBOSS is expanding its operational footprint and seeks to appoint Assistant Executives across key regional circles. Each Assistant Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Territory Manager and Circle Manager in executing operational, sales, and customer engagement activities at the local level.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
• Support day-to-day operational activities within the assigned circle
• Ensure timely execution of processes and coordination with internal teams
• Maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company standards
Sales & Calling Activities
• Execute field and tele-calling sales activities
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects,
and assist in conversions
• Contribute to achieving defined sales targets
Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain records of daily activities, sales, and performance metrics
• Share regular updates with reporting managers
• Provide local market insights and feedback
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales / Operations / Customer Engagement
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in local language(s) is mandatory
• Knowledge of MS WORD, Excel & PowerPoint is must should be proficient in creating MIS.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and tools preferred
