Drive operational excellence through automation and process improvements.
Network & Fulfilment
Oversee warehouse and distribution network planning.
Ensure optimal inventory placement and fulfilment efficiency.
Drive capacity planning for peak events and business expansion.
Inventory Management
Ensure inventory accuracy, availability, and healthy ageing.
Drive inventory productivity and working capital optimization.
Monitor inventory KPIs and reduce stock losses.
Logistics Management
Manage relationships with logistics partners and internal logistics teams.
Improve delivery SLAs, cost per shipment, and reverse logistics performance.




Resolve systemic logistics issues impacting customer experience.
Customer Service
Own customer service operations and experience metrics.
Improve CSAT, NPS, response time, and resolution quality.
Drive root-cause analysis to eliminate recurring customer issues. Marketplace & Vendor Operations
Ensure seamless onboarding and operational compliance of vendors.
Improve vendor fulfilment performance and service levels.
Drive marketplace operational efficiency.
People Leadership
Build and mentor a high-performing operations team.
Establish governance through reviews, dashboards, and KPIs.
