n Job Summary
n We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Specialist to drive sales and manage strategic customer relationships within the utility solar segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong network with EPC contractors and developers, along with a good understanding of solar products such as PV Inverters, PCS, and BESS. The role requires developing recent business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving regional sales targets.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage and grow key customer accounts, including EPCs and project developers.
n Drive sales of PV Inverters (Utility Scale & Small Utility), PCS, and BESS solutions.
n Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned region.
n Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
n Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.




n Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
n Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
n n Candidate Profile
n n Minimum 6 years of experience in Key Account Sales.
n Robust relationships with leading developers and EPCs in the region.
n Candidates should preferably be based in or familiar with the Ahmedabad/Gujarat region.
n Experience in selling solar products or allied electrical products is mandatory.
n Strong network within the solar/EPC ecosystem.
n Valuable understanding of solar project components and utility-scale solutions.
n Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
n Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
n n Educational Qualification
n n B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
n MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage, preferably along with a technical qualification.
