We're now looking for a senior leader to help us scale what we've built, deepen our AI practice, and take it to the companies that need it most and build long-term relationships with key accounts and contribute to business development at the senior level.



What are we looking for?
10+ years in technology leadership you've owned large, complex programmes and led senior teams
3+ years specifically leading AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation initiatives not adjacent to it, directly responsible for it
Solid grasp of the current GenAI landscape LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, orchestration frameworks, enterprise integrations
Experience working directly with C-suite and senior business stakeholders you can translate between technical depth and business outcomes fluently




Track record of taking AI initiatives from strategy to production not just defining roadmaps, but seeing them through
Consulting or client-facing experience is a solid plus — you're comfortable selling ideas as much as executing them
Deep understanding of enterprise environments the politics, the procurement cycles, the integration complexity, the change management
