Job Description Strategic Planning & Business Analysis:
n Support the Managing Director in evaluating business performance, strategic priorities, and growth opportunities.
n Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
n Develop business presentations, reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership reviews.
n Project Management:
n Lead and coordinate strategic projects from concept to execution.
n Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables across functions.
n Ensure timely execution of key organizational initiatives.
n Executive Support:
n Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and executive summaries.
n Compile business reports to enable faster and informed decision-making.
n Follow up with business leaders on action items and strategic priorities.
n Cross Functional Coordination:
n Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments.
n Drive seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.




n Facilitate alignment on strategic business initiatives.
n Business Improvement:
n Identify prospects for operational improvements and process optimization.
n Recommend practical solutions backed by data and business insights.
n Support implementation of organizational transformation initiatives.
n Qualification and Technical Skills
n Education - MBA (Finance) or Qualified Chartered Accountant
n (CA)Experience - 6–7 years of relevant experience working with senior leadership, business strategy, consulting, PMO, or Executive Office roles will be preferred.
n Technical Skills - Solid business analysis and strategic thinking, Excellent project management capabilities, advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, Solid presentation and report preparation skills, Data interpretation and analytical problem-solving and Business research and market analysis
