Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for developing business and closing sales through meetings with architects, builders, contractors, and industry professionals.

The candidate should have strong industry connections, existing leads or clients, and the ability to convert opportunities into sales. The role primarily involves client meetings and relationship management rather than daily field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet architects, builders, contractors, and developers for business development and sales closures.
- Utilize existing client network and industry contacts to generate business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote marble and natural stone products.
- Maintain solid relationships with industry professionals for repeat business.




- Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in business development or project sales.
- Experience in marble, granite, tiles, building materials, or interior products industry.
- Existing network with architects, builders, contractors, or developers.
- Strong sales negotiation and closure ability.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Prior experience in the marble or natural stone industry is preferred.
- Candidates from similar industries such as tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, or interior products may also be considered if they show strong potential.
- Candidate should ideally have existing clients, contacts, or leads within the industry.
