Role Overview
We’re hiring a Project Coordinator – Site Execution to be our eyes and hands on the ground. You’ll be based at project sites, managing day-to-day execution, labor, materials, and quality checks. If you can read drawings, solve site problems fast, and keep multiple teams moving together, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Supervision: Manage daily site activities for interior fit-out work — carpentry, modular, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical & plumbing coordination
- Drawing Interpretation: Study GFC drawings, translate to site teams, and raise RFIs to designers for clarifications
- Vendor & Labor Coordination: Schedule and supervise contractors, carpenters, and skilled labor. Ensure productivity and adherence to timelines
- Material Management: Check material received against BOQ/PO, track consumption, report shortages, and minimize wastage
- Quality & Safety: Conduct daily quality checks as per approved samples/drawings. Enforce site safety practices and maintain clean work zones
- Progress Tracking:



Update daily progress reports with photos, maintain hindrance logs, and flag delays to PM/design team
- Client & Site Meetings: Attend site meetings with clients/consultants. Record minutes and ensure closure of snag points before handover
- Documentation: Maintain measurement sheets, site registers, and assist in preparing RA bills for vendors

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in site execution/coordination for interior fit-out or construction projects
- Education: Diploma/BE in Civil, Mechanical, or related field. ITI with strong site experience also considered
- Skills:
- Robust ability to read AutoCAD/interior drawings & understand BOQs
- Hands-on knowledge of interior trades: plywood/carving, laminates, veneer, paint, POP, tile/stone, glass, lighting
- Basic MS Excel for reporting, WhatsApp/photos for daily updates
- Familiarity with MEP coordination at site level

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
