We are looking for a agile Sales Manager who has the passion for sales, loves to develop high performing teams and can drive and achieve targets. As a valuable contributor to the sales strategy, you will be responsible for managing a team of new hires; recruiting, mentoring and training new team members on the sales process and achieving individual, team and organizational goals. You will be directly responsible for performing the following task to the highest standards as follows:

Job Description:

- Client handling
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales team. Motivate the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
- Has to assign tasks to the team members and set the monthly revenue targets based on priority.




- Prepare a Sales & Marketing Plan and Budget for the Branch and ensure its implementation.
- Individual contribution in branch business.

- Achieving monthly sales target.
- Converting inquiries into enrolments and revenue to achieve branch sales targets
- Ensure that continual training is given to the team members.
- Has to coordinate with Marketing, Accounts and Immigration in case of issues related to Immigration & Consultants.
- Give projections & plan for the same.
- Recruitment and Training for the sales department
- Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences
- Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
- Pro-actively monitoring changes to various Immigration regulations.
- Identify sales opportunities, develop & implement sales strategies pan India to achieve sales targets.
- Track and analyze prospect progress through funnel, conversions of forecasts & opportunities, and monitor activity and performance.
- Introduce new ideas to help increase lead generation, run campaigns, and improve tools and the sales processes to ensure the team is successful.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 5 years sales experience in Overseas Education or Immigration.
- Minimum 2 year as a branch manager or assistant branch manager
- A proven ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Sales oriented and target driven attitude and should have ability to work with targets
- Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills and strong background in negotiating, tendering and estimating
- Experience in risk analysis
- Must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure
- A good understanding of Immigration sales & policies
- Proven ability to develop and implement B2B sales strategies
