About the Role

FITISTAN is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help create visually engaging designs that strengthen our brand identity, support marketing campaigns, and build an active community. You will work closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to deliver impactful visual content across digital and print platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Visual Creation

- Design logos, social media creatives, website banners, posters, brochures, ads and promotional materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms
- Create engaging visuals for digital and print media

Collaboration & Communication

- Work with marketing, branding, and product teams to execute campaign creatives
- Participate in brainstorming and contribute fresh design ideas

Project & Time Management

- Handle multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
- Prioritize tasks and maintain high-quality design standards

Research & Innovation

- Stay updated with graphic design trends, AI design tools, and industry best practices
- Experiment with new styles, formats, and creative approaches

Platform-Specific Content

- Optimize designs for social media, websites, email marketing, and print




- Create audience-focused creatives to maximize engagement and reach

Required QualificationsEducation

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts or a related field

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Experience designing for digital, social media, and print platforms

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy
- Basic knowledge of print and digital production
- After Effects / motion graphics knowledge is a plus

Soft & Creative Skills

- Strong design portfolio (academic, freelance, or qualified work)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and open to feedback
- Positive attitude with a proactive, creative mindset
