Responsibilities
- Prepare and process all necessary EXIM documentation, including shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other related paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other external agencies to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all documentation and shipments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding shipment status and documentation requirements.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to EXIM documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in EXIM documentation or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of import and export procedures and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
