Job Summary

The Spare Parts Executive is responsible for managing spare parts inventory, processing parts orders, ensuring timely availability of genuine parts, coordinating with the service department, and providing excellent customer support. The role focuses on maintaining optimum stock levels, minimizing inventory losses, and achieving parts sales targets while ensuring smooth workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day spare parts sales and counter operations.
- Receive and process parts requests from the workshop and retail customers.
- Ensure timely issue of spare parts to technicians and customers.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions for replenishment.
- Coordinate with OEM (Tata Motors) and vendors for parts procurement.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts against purchase orders.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and binning of spare parts.
- Conduct regular stock verification and support annual inventory audits.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Process warranty and defective parts as per OEM guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure uninterrupted workshop operations.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and OEM standards.
- Maintain records of parts transactions and inventory reports.
- Support monthly MIS reporting and inventory reconciliation.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, or any related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in automobile spare parts operations.
- Experience in Commercial Vehicles/Tata Motors dealership is preferred.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of automobile spare parts and vehicle systems.
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or ERP software.
- Good inventory management and stock control skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to identify parts using EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle dealership.
- Knowledge of OEM spare parts ordering systems.
- Familiarity with warehouse management and inventory control practices.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
