We are hiring for a Customer Success Engineer Intern. Analyze customers’ individual needs & issues to address them effectively on time. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer's requests.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support to clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team




- Monitor customer usage and ensure successful product adoption
- Prepare reports, documentation, and user guides
- Conduct product demos and training sessions (if required)
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or SaaS products (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive analytical and troubleshooting ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools
- Customer-focused mindset

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
