Job Summary
The Support Operations Engineer plays a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality code and solutions within the Support & Operations team. This position focuses on utilizing tools such as Power BI and PowerShell to enhance operational efficiency and address client requests, ensuring projects meet established time, quality, and cost standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Code And Scripts Using Powershell And Python To Automate Operational Tasks And Improve System Performance.
2. Maintain Existing Power Bi Dashboards And Reports, Troubleshooting Issues And Ensuring Data Accuracy And Integrity.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Implement Recent Features In Power Bi, Enhancing Usability And Functionality.
4. Document Code, Processes,



And System Configurations To Ensure Knowledge Transfer And Compliance With Best Practices.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency In Power Bi For Data Visualization And Reporting.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Powershell Scripting For Task Automation.
3. Familiarity With Python Programming For Data Manipulation And Automation.
4. Basic Understanding Of Database Concepts And Data Integrity Principles.
