Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design and planning for multiple projects.
- Develop concept designs, layouts, elevations, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, landscape, and other consultants.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material selections.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure design compliance.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions.
- Resolve design, technical, and site-related challenges.
- Support procurement and vendor finalization for architectural materials and finishes.
- Maintain project documentation, approvals, and records.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery within deadlines and budget.

Required Skills





- Strong expertise in architectural design and detailing.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Enscape,3ds Max, and Photoshop.
- Experience in project management and team leadership.
- Solid understanding of building bye-laws, NBC, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
