Job Summary

- Responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, goods, and services as per business requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and order placement.

- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to support uninterrupted operations.

- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance regularly.

- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases to avoid stock shortages.

- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement-related documentation.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as Stores, Production, and Finance for procurement planning.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Track orders and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.

Job Profile

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms for cost-effective procurement.

- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per organizational requirements.





- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement to avoid stock shortages.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.

- Collaborate with stores, production, finance, and other departments to understand procurement needs.

- Follow up on pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and cost analysis reports.

Skills

Qualification

Any Graduation or Post Graduation or Material Management Degree.
