We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Production Chemist to manage daily production activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining batch records, monitoring production processes, and adhering to FDA norms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day production activities as per the production plan
- Maintain and update Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
- Ensure all production processes comply with FDA guidelines and quality standards
- Monitor raw material usage and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area
- Troubleshoot process-related issues during manufacturing
- Ensure proper equipment usage and report any maintenance requirements
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SOPs at all times
Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or related field
Skills Required
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP
- Experience in batch record handling (BMR/BPR)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of production equipment and processes
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in pharmaceutical / chemical manufacturing industry
- Ability to work in shifts if required
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
