Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Create, manage, and execute monthly and weekly content plans.
- Publish high-quality content across all social media platforms according to schedule.
- Coordinate with content creators and graphic designers to ensure timely production of engaging content.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas to improve audience engagement.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain solid customer engagement through social media interactions and WhatsApp broadcast communications.




- Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, product promotions, and company events.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, digital marketing best practices, and platform guidelines.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve social media performance, brand visibility, and lead generation.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
