Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills and technical knowledge, should be quick in grasping requirements, and possess a strong background in IT or computer science. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in designing and should be proficient in all basic and critical designing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Invision, and Adobe XD.

Responsibilities:
Develop and create design concepts for web and mobile applications. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and marketing.

Translate product and business requirements into user-centric designs that deliver superior user experience.

Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, storyboards, process flows, and UI designs using standard design tools.

Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and design pattern libraries.

Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products.





Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.

Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Figma, and Adobe XD.

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Positive time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Must be able to work from the office, as remote work is not allowed.

Ability to work independently and smart and should be self-motivated.

A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
