Job Summary

Sri Lakshmi Groups is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage day-to-day accounting activities across multiple business units. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounts management, reporting, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall accounting operations including AP, AR, and General Ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
- Handle audit coordination and financial documentation
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control
- Supervise and guide the accounts team
- Coordinate with internal departments and management

Key Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in accounting / finance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel




- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple business operations

Preferred Profile

- Experience in automobile, transport, or service industry
- Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Ability to work in a structured office environment
