Key Responsibilities:

- Create designs for social media posts, reels, stories, carousels, advertisements, and campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on brand requirements.
- Design marketing and branding materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues, presentations, and packaging.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to execute creative briefs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.
- Edit and enhance product images and photographs when required.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, content creators, and internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest design, social media, and creative trends.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Take ownership of projects from concept development to final execution.

Requirements:





- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Must be comfortable working from office in Kolkata.
- Solid portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
