Job Title: Junior Building Design Architect

Job Description:

- Assist senior architects in designing residential, commercial, and institutional building projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
- Create and update 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Help develop concept designs, presentations, and visualizations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers to incorporate design changes.
- Assist in preparing permit drawings and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Participate in site visits, surveys, and construction inspections under supervision.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and senior architect comments.
- Organize project files, specifications, and other documentation.




- Support project teams to ensure work is completed on schedule.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 1 – 3 years of experience (fresh graduates are often welcome).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
- Valuable communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior architects.

Pay: ₹15,888.85 - ₹32,458.98 per month
