Position Overview
We are seeking passionate, research-oriented, and industry-experienced Faculty members to join BCMR. The ideal candidate should possess solid academic credentials along with practical industry exposure and the ability to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, and students.
Faculty members will contribute to teaching, research, consulting projects, curriculum development, executive training programs, and thought leadership initiatives.
· Deliver engaging learning sessions in the assigned domain.
- Develop learning materials, case studies, and assessment tools.
- Support research and management consulting projects.
- Build relationships with industry and academic partners.
- Represent BCMR at seminars, conferences, and workshops.
- Contribute to curriculum development and institutional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Strategic Management / Organizational Development / Operations Management
- MBA / PGDM (Mandatory)
- Ph.D. preferred
- NET/SET qualification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
- Experience in management consulting or corporate training is highly preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development and academic research.
- Industry exposure will be considered a strong advantage.
