SAP SuccessFactors Tosca Automation Test Analyst

At TestDel, we are expanding our SAP SuccessFactors testing capability and are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Tosca Automation Test Analyst to join our growing QA team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing and Tricentis Tosca automation, who enjoys working on enterprise HR transformation programmes and building scalable automation solutions across Compensation and HR business processes.

Role Overview

As an SAP SuccessFactors Tosca Automation Test Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions for SAP SuccessFactors applications, with a strong focus on Compensation and Compensation Planning processes.

You will work closely with Test Leads, Functional Consultants, HR stakeholders, and project teams to support SIT, regression, and UAT activities while helping drive automation adoption across the programme.

Key Responsibilities Automation Testing

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca
- Build reusable automation components for SAP SuccessFactors business processes
- Execute automated regression packs and analyse execution results
- Maintain automation frameworks and execution libraries

Functional & SIT Testing

- Support functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities
- Validate SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and related HR processes
- Execute test scenarios covering:
- Pay components
- Compensation worksheets
- Eligibility rules
- Workflow approvals
- Localization requirements
- Support SIT and UAT execution activities





Defect Management & Reporting

- Log, track, and retest defects using standard defect management tools
- Analyse automation failures and identify root causes
- Maintain test evidence and execution documentation
- Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and blockers

Essential Requirements

- Solid hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca
- Experience automating SAP or SAP SuccessFactors applications
- Valuable understanding of: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR business processes
- Experience in: SIT , Regression testing, UAT support
- Familiarity with Test automation frameworks .Defect management tools and Test management processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation (Variable Pay and Performance modules)
- Knowledge of SAP integrations and interface testing
- Exposure to CI/CD and automated execution pipelines
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Good stakeholder communication skills
