About the Role The Integration Architect will define, own, and govern the end-to-end integration architecture across enterprise systems, leading solution design and acting as a primary interface between business stakeholders and IT.

Key Responsibilities

- Define, own, and govern the end-to-end integration architecture across enterprise systems
- Lead solution design using SnapLogic, MuleSoft, and Snowflake
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, influencing architecture decisions and integration strategy
- Anchor and lead offshore integration teams across multiple initiatives, ensuring design and delivery excellence
- Collaborate closely with client architect teams to define scalable, resilient, and future-ready solutions
- Lead architecture forums, design workshops, and technical steering committees, driving decision-making and governance
- Drive thought leadership, innovation, and POCs to modernize integration capabilities
- Establish and enforce integration standards,



best practices, and reusable frameworks

Requirements

- Have 12+ years of experience with a strong focus on integration architecture and enterprise platforms
- Possess proven expertise in SnapLogic, MuleSoft, and Snowflake
- Demonstrate the ability to engage with senior business and IT stakeholders and drive alignment
- Have solid experience in client-facing roles within offshore delivery models
- Have experience supporting commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, CRM ecosystems)
- Possess excellent executive communication, influencing, and leadership skills
- Have the ability to drive architectural governance and handle complex, large-scale integration landscapes
