We are looking for an ERP Executive to manage production-related ERP activities and maintain accurate production data and records. The candidate will coordinate with production, quality, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth ERP operations and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Update and maintain daily production data in ERP systems
- Record milk input, production output, and product-wise conversion details
- Maintain ERP entries for milk, curd, buttermilk, paneer, butter, ghee, SMP, and other products
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
- Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and dispatch teams for accurate ERP updates
- Monitor production stock and batch-wise records in ERP
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy in the system
- Support management with production MIS and ERP reports
- Handle basic ERP troubleshooting and user coordination

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma




- Candidates with Computer / ERP knowledge preferred

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in ERP operations, production data entry, or MIS reporting preferred
- Experience in Dairy / FMCG / Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage

Skills

- Positive knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of production processes and inventory management
- Strong data entry and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
