- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate current business through walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Upsell slimming packages, memberships, and wellness services.
- Monitor conversion rates and improve sales performance.
- Oversee daily branch operations.
- Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and customer service.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Manage inventory of products and consumables.
- Set individual targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct daily meetings and motivate the team.
- Handle employee scheduling and attendance.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track KPIs such as revenue, conversions, renewals,



and customer retention.
- Report branch performance to regional or corporate management.
