- Designing of automation projects (i.e Material handling equipment, storage systems etc.)
- Conceptualization, Costing, Calculations, Analysis, Designing, Parts selection, Cycle time reduction, Manufacturing process.
- Well versed with 3D CAD Design software, Analysis Software, Software upgradation (Solid edge, Ansys, UG etc.)
- Coordination with other sections (Mechanical/ Execution/ Programming)
- Standardization and project cost optimization.
Technical/ Functional:
- Working Experience in Design, Installation and Programming of Factory automations and Machine building
- Familiar with softwares such as Solid Works/Edge, Uni-graphics, Auto-cad, Factory-CAD
- Ability to effectively communicate specific requirements with suppliers and monitor the overall development process at supplier end.
- Strategic Thinking & Robust execution orientation and problem-solving approach.
- Knowledge of codes and standards and best practices while designing LV control systems
