- Interact with walk-in and referred patients to understand their concerns and requirements
- Counsel patients on laboratory tests, diagnostic procedures, treatment plans, and health packages as advised by doctors
- Clearly explain procedures, preparation guidelines, timelines, benefits, and pricing
- Guide patients in selecting appropriate services and ensure conversion into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate appointments and schedules between patients, doctors, and lab departments
- Ensure smooth patient flow across consultation, diagnostics, procedures, and billing
- Work closely with doctors, lab technicians, and front office teams for efficient service delivery
- Follow up in person within the clinic (where required) to ensure patients complete advised tests/procedures
- Cross-sell and up-sell relevant services or packages based on patient needs
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, services, and coordination details
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and provide a high level of service experience
