n We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a robust background in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation Sales to drive enterprise client acquisition and business growth.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Drive recent client acquisition (Hunting) and build enterprise relationships.
n Sell IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, and Staff Augmentation solutions.
n Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
n Handle commercial negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions.
n Grow existing accounts through account mining and cross-selling.
n Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful resource fulfillment.
n Achieve revenue and business growth targets.
n n Required Skills:
n n 8+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation Sales.
n Proven track record in enterprise client acquisition (Hunting).
n Experience in Contract Staffing and IT Staffing sales.
n Solid negotiation, stakeholder management, and account management skills.
n Excellent communication and presentation skills.
