Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute statutory audits for corporate clients across diverse industries.
Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulatory requirements.
Manage audits of listed companies and coordinate with client management and audit teams.
Assist clients in IPO-related assignments, including financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Plan, supervise, and review audit engagements while ensuring timely completion.
Identify audit risks, recommend process improvements, and maintain high-quality audit documentation.
Guide and mentor junior team members and review their work.
Liaise with clients to resolve audit queries and build long-term professional relationships.
Eligibility
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit.
Hands-on experience with Ind AS, Listed Companies Audits, and IPO assignments.
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
