Job Description Hiring for Inside Sales Specialist for Mohali location
n Shift Timing: 6:00 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Mon to Friday, Weekends off
n Experience Required: 06 months – 1 Years
n About Role:
n n Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads for services such as: Microsoft Expertise ,Salesforce & Service Now Consulting, Data Engineering & Application Development , Web Modernization & Mobile App Development UI/UX Design , Cloud Services & Cyber Security
n Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and relationship nurturing. Research and identify potential clients in target geographies, industries, and roles.




n Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy.
n Set up qualified meetings/demos for the senior sales team.
n Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in CRM systems.
n n Required Skills & Qualifications:
n n 06 to 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development—preferably in the IT services or consulting domain.
