n Review BAS, IAS, GST, PAYG, and other tax compliance work.
n Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax assignments.
n Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
n Manage client communications and resolve complex tax-related queries.
n Stay updated with Australian taxation laws and regulatory changes.
n Monitor team productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
n Assist in workflow planning and resource allocation during peak tax seasons.
