n Experience: 3–6+ Years

n Key Responsibilities:
n n Provide expert counselling to students interested in pursuing higher education in Australia.
n Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and career pathways.
n Guide students through the complete admission process, including university applications and offer acceptance.
n Ensure accurate documentation and assist with Genuine Student (GS) statements and visa documentation.
n Coordinate with Australian universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
n Stay updated with Australian immigration policies, university requirements, and visa regulations.
n Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective students through consultations and follow-ups.




n Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets while maintaining high service standards.
n Mentor junior counsellors and support team development.
n n Required Skills & Qualifications:
n n Bachelor's or Master's degree.
n 3–6+ years of experience in Australia student counselling or overseas education.
n Robust knowledge of Australian universities, admission procedures, and student visa processes.
n Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
n Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
n Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
