Description

Coordinate material planning to ensure timely availability of raw materials, solvents, packing materials, and engineering consumables. Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock to support production requirements. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Warehouse, QA, QC, and Logistics for seamless material flow. Prepare and monitor production planning schedules based on demand and material availability. Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Coordinate dispatch planning, transportation, and shipment schedules for finished goods. Monitor inventory accuracy and support periodic stock verification and reconciliation. Maintain supply chain records, MIS reports, inventory reports, and performance dashboards. Support current product launches, technology transfers, and production scale-up activities. Identify supply chain risks and implement corrective actions to avoid production disruptions.
