We are seeking a qualified and experienced Skin Therapist to join our team. As a Skin Therapist, you will be responsible for providing skincare treatments and services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting the overall health and well-being of their skin. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of skincare techniques, products, and the ability to tailor treatments to meet individual client needs. Responsibilities: . Skincare Treatments: Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair reduction and other specialized services. . Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest skincare products, technologies, and industry trends. Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend suitable products for at-home maintenance. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries. Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized and effective skincare services. Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and sanitary treatment environment. Sterilize equipment, tools, and ensure a safe and comfortable atmosphere for clients. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client consultations, treatments performed, and product recommendations. Keep abreast of client progress and update treatment plans as needed. Professional Development:



Stay updated on industry advancements and continuously enhance skills through training and workshops. Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Skin Therapist or similar role. Certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or related field. In-depth knowledge of skincare techniques, products, and equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to analyze skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments. Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in skincare. Working Conditions: This role primarily operates in a salon, spa, or skincare clinic setting. Versatile working hours, including weekends and evenings. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform skincare treatments.
