About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Delivery Head to lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple technology engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services delivery, stakeholder management, team leadership, and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure high-quality project execution, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects and programs, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution.

- Develop and implement delivery strategies aligned with business objectives and client expectations.

- Manage cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Technical Leads, Developers, QA, and Support teams.

- Drive project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance.

- Build and maintain solid client relationships, serving as the primary escalation point for delivery-related matters.

- Monitor delivery KPIs, project health, utilization, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product,



and Engineering teams to support business growth and successful project transitions.

- Mentor and develop delivery managers and team leads, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.

- 10+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience managing multiple enterprise-scale projects and distributed teams.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

Ability to manage client expectations while driving operational efficiency and delivery excellence.

Preferred Skills

- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are preferred.

- Experience in cloud technologies, digital transformation, enterprise applications, or software development services.

- Exposure to global delivery models and managing geographically distributed teams.
