Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines used in the manufacturing of Aluminium Facade Systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in reading technical drawings, setting up CNC machines and ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC routing, milling, cutting or drilling machines for facade components.
- Set up machines, load materials, and perform tool changes as required.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and production schedules.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality as per specifications.




- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
- Monitor machine performance and optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain production records and daily machine logs.
- Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards (5S).
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to meet delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Machinist or a related trade.
- 2–5 years of experience operating CNC machines in Aluminium, facade, sheet metal, or architectural products manufacturing.
- Knowledge of CNC machine controls
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, etc.
- Basic understanding of machine programming (G-Code) will be an added advantage.
