Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Communications Cloud Engineer to lead the development, configuration, and implementation of our Salesforce Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity) platform.

In this role, you will be the core technical expert driving our Order-to-Activation capabilities. Your primary focus will be on architecting and configuring the Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Industries Order Management (OM), and designing complex orchestration plans. You will also build high-performance OmniStudio components to automate intricate MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) subscriber lifecycles, ensuring a seamless digital experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

· EPC & Order Management: Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of the Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) and Salesforce Industries Order Management (OM).

· Orchestration & Decomposition: Design and implement complex product decomposition relationships, orchestration plans, orchestration items, and dependency mappings to ensure flawless order execution.

· Subscriber Lifecycle Automation: Architect and build advanced OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards) to automate complex MACD workflows.

· Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Communications Cloud, translating complex telecom business requirements into scalable,



best-practice technical solutions.

· Integration & Workflows: Design seamless order-to-activation workflows that integrate Salesforce with downstream OSS/BSS systems, billing platforms, and external APIs.

· Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize EPC performance, orchestration engine execution times, and OmniStudio component efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years dedicated specifically to Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).

· Core Expertise: Deep, proven expertise in EPC (Product Modeling, Attributes, Cardinality, Object Types) and Industries OM (Decomposition, Orchestration Plans, Supplemental Orders).

· OmniStudio Mastery: Advanced proficiency in building OmniScripts, DataRaptors (Turbo, Extract, Transform, Load), Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.

· Telecom Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of TM Forum standards, BSS/OSS architectures, and telecommunications subscriber lifecycles (specifically MACD processing).

· Salesforce Core: Solid understanding of core Salesforce mechanics (Apex, LWC, Flows, and Security models).

Preferred Certifications

· Salesforce Certified Communications Cloud Consultant

· Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer / Consultant

· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
