Job Description – Statutory Compliance Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Statutory Compliance Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager to ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in GST return preparation and filing.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, and Professional Tax compliance activities.
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance records.
- Prepare documentation for audits and assessments.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory payments and returns.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and maintain reports.




- Support internal and external audit processes.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory laws.
- Familiarity with accounting and compliance software.
- Good documentation and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and deadline management.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.

Experience

- 2 – 7 years of experience in statutory compliance and accounting.
