We are looking for an experienced HR IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and a solid understanding of various IT technologies and hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
